Ogaan endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “saleshelp@ogaan.com” within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Ogaan as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Store Credit / Refund
  • Store Credit: Following a quality check, the refund will be added to your Ogaan account as Store Credit. You can use this credit amount on the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive the product and validate the return.
  • Bank Refund: We refund the amount as per the product value to the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase and in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • The refund process will only be initiated after the product(s) have been received and validated which would take 7-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

As part of usual business practice, Ogaan reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Ogaan.

LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
  • Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
  • Custom made and Made to order products.
  • Orders placed using store credit
  • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Ogaan
  • Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR READY TO SHIP ORDERS
  • All ready-to-ship orders within India are eligible for return within 2 days of receipt of the order. All tags should be intact and the garment should be returned in the same condition. Refund against the return shall be processed within 7-10 business days once the garment has been received at Ogaan warehouse and passed the quality check.
  • Ready-to-ship orders from outside India are not eligible for return.
  • Cancellation of ready-to-ship orders cannot be processed after 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
GIFT CARD
  • Once issued, your Gift Card is valid for a lifetime.
  • In order to redeem your Gift Card, you need to register with Ogaan.com.
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed on all products from Ogaan.com, kaarimarket.com and all our retail stores.
  • However, they cannot be returned or refunded, and are non-transferable. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash in part or in whole, or converted into credit notes.
  • They cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
  • If the order amount exceeds the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance must be settled at checkout. COD will not be acceptable.
  • If you wish to return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, OGAAN’s Exchange & Return Policy will apply.
  • Ogaan.com is not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. We shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised and/or fraudulent purchases made using the Gift Card. We presume that the guest presenting the Gift Card code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher. Hence, we shall not verify whether the person redeeming it is the actual/intended beneficiary of the gift card.
  • Ogaan.com reserves the right to cancel or reject a Gift Card without prior intimation if we reasonably suspect that the gift code has been utilised or is invalid, or if the guest is not the intended recipient.
  • OGAAN Gift Card is an e-card and no delivery charges apply. However, Ogaan.com’s standard delivery T&C apply for purchases made with it.
  • If a guest purchases OGAAN Gift Card(s) alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply (except during promotional free delivery periods).
  • Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, with the exception of free delivery promotions.
  • This gift card will be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
