Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Us

Please note that there may be certain orders that We are unable to accept and must cancel. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect in the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting certain order. We will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after your payment is processed, the amount paid will be reversed back to your account within 7 working days of receiving your bank account details for reversal of monies paid. No cash refund will be done at any point of time. In case of payments made via an online mode, You will opt for a chargeback only if We have been unable to reverse your monies to Your account within the timeline set out herein.

Cancellations by the User

In case of requests for order cancellations, We reserve the right to accept or reject such requests with. As part of usual business practice, if We receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. If Your order is duly cancelled , the amount paid by You will be reversed to your account within 7 working days of receiving your bank account details for such reversal .We cannot process a cash refund under any circumstances. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed (including the order that may have been processed within the first 24 hours) or orders for which cancellation request is received after the expiry of the abovementioned 24 hours. We have the full discretion to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Us in this regard. It is clarified that after the expiry of the first 24 hours after placing the order, You would not be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.

In case of payments made via an online mode, You will opt for a chargeback only if (a) You are eligible for cancelling your order as per these Terms; and (b) despite being eligible and cancelling your order, We have been unable to reverse monies paid by You to Your account within the timeline set out herein.

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGE ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE INDIA or Made to Order/customised items.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “help@kaarimarket.com” within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Order number

- Delivery address

- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

  • Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein and in the form of store credit, only. Such refunds would be processed within 7 working days of the acceptance for refund request in case the product has not been delivered to You.
  • For domestic orders only all exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.
  • Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.
  • In case of a return or exchange, a restocking fee will be charged @10% of the MRP of the product.
  • Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

  • All international orders do not qualify for returns or exchange
  • Accessories, including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
  • Custom made and Made to order products.
  • Orders placed using store credit
  • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Ogaan retail Private Limited
  • Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with Your return/exchange.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Credit/Debit Card/Net banking Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the Credit/Debit card/Net banking details provided by you for purchase of products on Kaarimarket will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit/debit card/net banking which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit/debit card/ net banking details when making payment on “kaarimarket.com”. Your credit/debit card/ net banking information never reaches “kaarimarket.com”, we just get authorized, hold or failed message from our payment gateways. The said information will not be utilized and shared by our payment gateways or “Ogaan Retail Private Ltd” unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. “Ogaan Retail Private Ltd” will not be liable for any credit/debit card/ net banking fraud. The liability for use of a card/net banking fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

“Ogaan retail Private Limited” reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and legal expenses from persons using the Site fraudulently/mischievously; “Ogaan Retail Private Limited” reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent/mischievous use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to decline or authorization for any Transaction.

GIFT CARD
  • Once issued, your Gift Card is valid for a lifetime.
  • In order to redeem your Gift Card, you need to register with kaarimarket.com/ Ogaan.com
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed on all products from Ogaan.com, kaarimarket.com and all our retail stores.
  • However, they cannot be returned or refunded, and are non-transferable. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash in part or in whole, or converted into credit notes.
  • They cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card.
  • If the order amount exceeds the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance must be settled at checkout. COD will not be acceptable.
  • If you wish to return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, KAARIMARKET’s Exchange & Return Policy will apply.
  • Ogaan Retail Private Limited is not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. We shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised and/or fraudulent purchases made using the Gift Card. We presume that the guest presenting the Gift Card code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher.   • Ogaan Retail Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or reject a Gift Card without prior intimation if we reasonably suspect that the gift code has been utilised or is invalid, or if the guest is not the intended recipient.
  • KAARIMARKET Gift Card is an e-card and no delivery charges apply. However standard delivery T&C apply for purchases made with it.
  • If a guest purchases Kaarimarket Gift Card(s) alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply (except during promotional free delivery periods).
  • Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, with the exception of free delivery promotions.
  • This gift card will be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
Cashback offer
  • This offer is only applicable if the single cart value exceeds the limit mentioned in the offer, it cannot be clubbed on multiple orders
  • No returns or exchanges on orders wherein the offer has been availed
  • The Gift Card is issued only to the account which was used to place the order
  • The offer is not valid on already discounted items
  • The validity of the Gift Voucher is 31-August 2024
